Ronald Koeman has confirmed that Southampton will not be selling anyone before the deadline passes.

Forwards Graziano Pelle and Sadio Mane have both been linked with exits in recent days following the addition of Charlie Austin.

But Koeman says that the only movement at St Mary’s will be loan moves for youngsters.

“We did our job with Charlie Austin and nobody will leave the club in January,” he said.

“Maybe one of our young players like Jack Stephens or Harrison Reed, to let them play on loan.

“If you have to do any big business today then, in my opinion, you are nervous or do not know what you have to do... because in my opinion it is a little bit late.”

Wanyama is also reportedly on Arsenal and Tottenham's radar but the club intends to keep him this month.
