Here is my delicious boneless chicken with veggies salad. It doesn't take much to make, and neither does it take a lot of time to prepare; just follow this recipe and make yourself a delicious healthy treat for the day. Let's get cooking.

Ingredients:

1kg boneless chicken breast

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon butter

2 capsicum, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 iceberg lettuce

Method:

Marinate the chicken with paprika, black pepper turmeric garlic and ginger mince add the juice of 1 lime and let it stay in the marinade for about 15 minutes or so.

In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add in the butter, pan sear the chicken until golden brown; about two minutes on each side.

In the same pan, add extra butter and saute the capsicum and onions until soft. Take a platter, arrange the lettuce and then place the pan-seared chicken on top.

Arrange the sauteed veggies on the sides of the chicken and serve as a healthy main meal. Enjoy with a touch of your favourite sauce
