Let's make chapati with honey and cream cheese

Ingredients:

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon ghee

1 1/2 cups water

Vegetable oil

This recipe will give you about eight chapatis.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients except water. Add water, a little at a time; if the mixture is hard add a little bit of water, and if it is soft add some flour.

Knead until you get a soft dough. Roll the dough flat and add some extra ghee on top.

Roll and fold like you are making cinnamon rolls. Cut into eight pieces.

Press the pieces with your fingers to shape. Now roll individual chapatis.

Place a frying pan on a stove on medium-high heat, and place the chapati and cook. Flip the other side and toss around with a paper towel.

Add ghee and flip again to add ghee on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the chapatis. Serve with a side of honey and cream cheese. Enjoy!
