It's snack time!

One good thing about burgers is that they can act as a snack or an actual full meal, depending on someone's feeding capacity.

It would be very convenient to have a simple recipe that one can use to make this delicacy in the comfort of their house.

Here is an easy recipe on how to make homemade burgers.

Ingredients:

kg of ground beef

Salt

Pepper

Hamburger buns

2 slices of cheese

Lettuce

2 tomatoes

1 Onion

Sauces, either ketchup, mustard, mayo

Instructions:

Separate the ground beef into two portions. Shape each portion into a patty, make sure they are larger than the burgers because they shrink when cooked.

Season each side of the patty with salt, pepper, and any spice that aligns with your desired flavour. Place the patties on a preheated pan.

Cook them for four to five minutes while carefully flipping occasionally. When they are almost done, add the cheese to each patty and cover them to let them melt.

After the patties are ready, slice the burgers in half. Spread your choice of condiments on the bottom half of each bun.

Place the patty on the bun. Add the toppings, that is, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions.

Place the top half of the bun on the burger and enjoy!
