Let's make some twisted Kenyan pilau noodles

What you will need

1 packet Nala noodles

300ml water for boiling

Nala seasoning from the pack

250g beef steak thinly shredded

200ml water for boiling the beef

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ginger powder

2 bouillon beef cubes

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt to taste (optional)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tomato, diced

1 capsicum, diced

70g tomato paste

What to do

Boil your noodles in a pot with 300ml water and the seasoning and then set aside.

In a separate pot, put in the beef and water boil until beef becomes soft. Add the onions garlic, spices and beef bouillon cubes. Add the oil and then go in with the soy sauce, tomatoes, capsicum and tomato paste.

Cook until everything thickens then go in with your cooked noodles. Give it a good mix season with salt (optional) and you are ready to serve your pilau noodles.
