Making pancakes is a kind of therapy. Enjoying a delicious plate of pancakes for breakfast makes for a happy and joyful day.

Here is a step-by-step guide to making and adding vanilla to your pancakes.

Ingredients:

Two eggs

A cup of milk

Butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

2 cups of wheat flour

2teaspons of sugar

2 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Cooking oil

Instructions:

Slightly warm the milk. Add melted butter and vanilla essence to the milk. You can use margarine in place of butter.

Add two cracked eggs to the mixture and whisk until it is smooth. After mixing the liquid ingredients is now time to work on powder ingredients.

Sieve wheat flour into a dry bowl then add sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir to mix them properly and make a depression in the middle.

Pour in the liquid mixture gently into the depression. Whisk until the batter is smooth, thick, and consistent. Let it settle for 15 minutes.

In a clean pan, add just a little cooking oil, spread it even on the pan, and let it heat together with the pan.

Pour in one cup of batter and let the bottom cook until bubbles start forming. Shift the sides until they are golden brown.

Repeat this procedure until all the batter is cooked. Serve with pancake or chocolate syrup for breakfast. Enjoy!
