Easy recipe: A dish of queen prawns

Looking for a unique, delicious and easy recipe for the holidays? Well, this queen prawn recipe should do the trick

What you will need:

1kg queen prawns with head and skin (deveined)

1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes

1 teaspoon ginger/garlic paste

1 teaspoon onion powder

3 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

WHAT TO DO:

In a large frying pan over medium heat, pour the oil and butter. Next, add garlic ginger paste and cook until slightly golden.

Add the chilli flakes, onion powder and black pepper cook for another 1 minute and gently stir the shrimp.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking until the shrimp is fully cooked and turns orange.

Remove from heat place it on a serving plate and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with fries and your favourite sauce on the side.
