Easy recipe: Delicious and crispy fried cassava

Are you tired of eating fried potatoes every day? Then you should try this fried cassava recipe. It is very easy to prepare and delicious

Ingredients:

- 1 large cassava

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Oil for frying

Instructions:

Peel the cassava and cut it into French fry-sized pieces. Rinse the cassava pieces under cold water to remove any excess starch.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the cassava pieces to the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the cassava pieces from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Sprinkle the salt over the fried cassava pieces and serve immediately. Enjoy!
