1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons oil
Juice of 1 lime
1kg potato wedges (fried)
Mayonnaise
Ketchup (tomato sauce)
What to do:
Cut the chicken breast into thick slices. Marinate the chicken with paprika, black pepper, salt, turmeric, garlic, and ginger. Add the juice of one lime and let it stay in the marinade for about 15 minutes.
In a non-stick pan, over medium heat, drizzle the oil and pan-sear the chicken for about four minutes on each side (until golden brown).
Arrange the potato wedges on a platter. Now place the pan-seared chicken on top. Drizzle with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
Enjoy it as a meal on its own.
