YouTuber Miss Trudy has addressed rumours suggesting that her marriage to Ghanaian YouTuber Wode Maya is in trouble and possibly heading for divorce.

The speculation began after Miss Trudy appeared in an interview with a popular Ghanaian content creator. In the interview, she was candid about the challenges in her marriage.

She revealed that she and Wode Maya often struggle to spend enough time together due to their busy travel schedules. This led to online rumours about a potential split.

In her video, Miss Trudy clarified that her words were taken out of context. She explained that she answered the interview questions honestly, but some viewers misinterpreted this.

She stated that she made the video because of the negative comments Wode Maya was receiving online.

"He asked me if Wode Maya and I spend enough time together, and I said no because that's the truth. We don't because he's always travelling, and I also travel a lot," she said.

She also shared that she had been feeling down due to adjusting to life in Ghana, a country with a different culture, food, and weather from her native Nairobi.

She firmly denied any claims that Wode Maya is a narcissist, emphasising that both of them are imperfect but committed to improving their relationship.

"I don't want my honesty to be the reason someone is seen as wicked. I wouldn't have done this video if Maya wasn't being attacked," Miss Trudy added.

Miss Trudy also dismissed the rumours of divorce, saying, "God forbid! I don't want to get divorced. I want to grow old with Maya. I'm not looking anywhere else."

She stressed that her earlier statements about being unhappy were not directed at Wode Maya but were about general life challenges.

She concluded by asking people to stop attacking Wode Maya, calling him a good person with a big heart.

"He has the biggest heart. He's a good person. Just stop attacking him, it's not cool. When I see him sad, it makes me emotional. I've been crying... I just want to correct the wrongs I might have done unintentionally," said Miss Trudy.
