Through Thick 'N' Thin (TTNT) is a stand-up comedy show hosted by Timothy Kimani, famously known as Njugush, and his wife, Celestine. The concept initially started as a small idea but gradually grew to involve more individuals from the entertainment industry.

Thick 'N' Thin Season 5 (TTNT5) took place at the Sarit Expo Centre on Saturday, 27 July. Regular tickets were priced at Sh1,500, VIP tickets at Sh3,500, and student tickets at Sh1,000. The event saw an attendance of 6,000 people.

At the Sarit Expo Centre, Njugush and his wife, Celestine Ndinda, thrilled their audience with the TTNT5 performance. The couple received a standing ovation and were joined on stage by their close friends Butita, Phil Karanja, Abel Mutua, and Judy Nyawira. Njugush's event attracted a large crowd, and throughout the performance, the celebrated content producer was seen sobbing on stage.

Njugush made his entrance to a standing ovation after arriving in a Land Rover Discovery. His spouse, was dressed in denim, and he, wearing a yellow custom-made Kaunda suit, joined their fans in singing Mkono wa Bwana, a hit song by Zablon Singer.

The couple delivered their best, crafting scripts that addressed relationships, daily life, and Kenyan culture. They engaged with the crowd, generating excitement. Supporters applauded, joked, and even participated in impromptu challenges.

Surprise appearances by celebrities and other comedians added an extra twist to the programme. Their camaraderie and humour were well received. They did not shy away from tackling challenging subjects and cleverly blended humour with insightful commentary.
