Hart the band's message to Gen Z after Aussie tour

Celebrated boy trio H_art the Band is back in the country after a month-long tour of Australia. The boy band enjoyed a massive reception in multiple states around the continent, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Brisbane.

They said vibrant Kenyans residing in Australia turned up in large numbers, and audiences were particularly drawn to the political awareness of Gen Z, who are vocal in fighting for their demands with a revolutionary spirit.

"Kenya is winning big with its liberal democratic display of free speech and expression of willpower. It is a game-changer, and a lot of global citizens are vibing to it," they said.

During their transit stop in Doha, which hosts numerous Kenyans, the band observed that the Gen Z revolution has made waves worldwide.

"In some countries, it is actually being studied as a fight for revolution in certain universities, which are crediting Kenyan youth for leading civil and non-violent protests with a classy tinge rather than an ethnic one. More than ever before, Kenyans are displaying unity and togetherness, which in turn is shining our spotlight and garnering large support from their own," they noted.

In recent years, the cordial relationship between Kenya and Australia has seen a tremendous increase in the number of artists' shows. Kenyans in Australia have found new opportunities for education and work, leading to a surge in their numbers. As a result, they are willing to pay good money for entertainment, creating a lucrative market for Kenyan artists, as demonstrated by the recent successful tour by H_art the Band.

The band is appealing to the creative industry to take advantage of global acknowledgement and seize the opportunity for their benefit.

"We've had afrobeat artists, reggae deejays, and essentially the whole industry back in demand due to our resilience and fight for change. Let's all grab it by the horns and make hay," they advised.

H_art the Band is back in the country and set for a mega-inclusive concert to meet and greet their fans and showcase their previous and most recent works. Currently, the band's lead, Mordecai, has embarked on releasing 1,000 songs, while the rest of the members have launched their individual production stables. "We're still H_art the Band, and our work will flow in the veins of our fans. That's our call to heed, and we're going to be up to the task," they said.

The members were received at the airport by friends, family, and a section of the press, a day after the failed 'Occupy JKIA' protest.
