Fans of Justin Bieber are expressing concern after the singer's recent Instagram post raised worries about his well-being.

Bieber, 30, surprised the crowd at Coachella when he joined Nigerian singer Tems onstage for a performance. While fans were thrilled to see him, some friends reportedly fear he may be "spiralling again."

Sources close to Bieber have described his journey as filled with "severe ups and downs."

Dealing with Lyme disease, depression, and anger management issues, Bieber has been open about his struggles with substance abuse in the past. Despite his successful appearance at Coachella, insiders say he remains "very fragile."

In addition to personal challenges, Bieber has been linked to ongoing sexual assault lawsuits involving hip-hop figure Diddy.

Videos resurfacing online have raised concerns about Bieber's early days in Hollywood, with some fans worrying about the darker side of fame he may have experienced.

On April 27, Bieber shared multiple posts on Instagram, including photos with loved ones and snapshots from his performances and leisure activities.

However, some fans noted two pictures where Bieber appeared to be teary-eyed, leading to speculation about his mental health and the pressures of fame.

In 2022, Bieber faced health troubles when he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS), a rare neurological disorder.

Though initially believed to be linked to COVID-19 vaccines, further research did not establish a definitive connection.

The disorder caused paralysis on the left side of Bieber's face, leading to concert cancellations. Despite this setback, his recent Coachella performance has sparked hope for future tours.

While fans express hope for Bieber's recovery, concerns about his well-being and potential exploitation in the entertainment industry continue to circulate online.

Many are praying for his health and expressing empathy for the challenges he has faced.
