A dormitory and a store at Kisumu Boys High School were on Sunday evening gutted by fire, leaving many students homeless.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, and the extent of the damage is yet to be assessed.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and battled the flames, while the students were evacuated to the school's playing field. No injuries have been reported so far.
