Kisumu Day were Sunday crowned the 2022 Kisumu County Secondary School football champions as upsets marked the end of the Term II games in different counties.
Top guns in Kakamega, Nairobi and Kwale counties fell as new champions emerged.
Kisumu Day saw off Kasagam Secondary 4-0 in the final to retain the title they won in 2019 and book the single spot to the Nyanza Regional games set for Thursday in Homa Bay County.
The story was however different in Kakamega, Nairobi and Kwale where giants Kakamega High School, Dagoretti High School and Shimba Hills failed to win the football titles.
Green Commandos were knocked out in the semifinals after losing 2-1 by little-known Mwitoti Secondary School.
