Cricket: Kenya names squad to play Pakistan U19 in ODI series

Kenya has named a squad to play Pakistan U-19 side in five One Day Internationals from tomorrow. The tourists arrived yesterday.

Officials from Cricket Kenya, led by chair Jackie Janmohamed, and Pakistani High Commission will address the press today at the Gymkhana.

Kenya, who are training at the Nairobi Gymkhana, start their campaign on December 6 and 7, 2014 at the same venue.

The teams will take a one-day break before playing the third ODI at the Nairobi Jaffrey Club on December 9, and the fourth match on December 11 at Sir Ali Muslim Club, Nairobi.

The fifth and final ODI will be played at the Nairobi Gymkhana on December 12. All matches are scheduled to start at 9.30 am.

The Pakistani u-19s tour comes ahead of Kenya’s five-match tour of Pakistan scheduled for December 11 to 21.

Squad: Kenya U-19: Aman Gandhi, Atharva Tembhekar, Dennis Musyoka, Gautam Bhudia, Gurdeep Singh, Kavi Dosaja, Michael Nandwa, Mikunj Patel, Nischay Kerai, Rahul Seedhar, Shyam Rabadiya, Snehil Gajparia, Paramveer Singh, Sachin Bhudia, James Butatila, Arjun Patel, Adarsh Sawjani, Dev Hirani, Mohamed Kalyan, Pritesh Hirani, Haraj Singh Management: Javet Hayat (Head Coach), Iqbal Imam (Assistant Coach), Abdul Raqeeb (Team Manager), Muhammad Javed (Trainer), Adeel Bajwa (Physiotherapist).
