Zetech University Sparks will be out to consolidate their top four spot in the ongoing Kenya Basketball Federation Women's Premier League.

Sparks will be looking to make the best out of their three matches with victory guaranteeing them a good finish in the regular season.

They will be hoping for a perfect start to the second leg when they clash with Storms today.

They ended the first leg in fourth place after winning eight and losing three.

Zetech coach Maurice Obilo urged his charges to remain cautious ahead of their second leg matches.

"We had a good start to the season though we lost some games towards the end of the first leg.

"Our aim is to finish the regular season strong and I call on my players to stay focused even as we handle a match at a time," Obilo said.

Sparks will today take on struggling Storms who will be determined to secure their first win of the season.

On Saturday they will be out to complete a double against their University of Nairobi compatriots Dynamites who they dismissed in the first leg before tackling Th3 Swish on Sunday.

In other women's encounters, UoN Dynamites will play Safe Spaces today.

Safe Spaces will be hoping to recover from last weekend's loss to defending champions Equity Bank Hawks.

Hawks, who have since regained their footing after a shaky start to the season will play Stanbic Aces on Saturday.

In the men's Premier League, champions Nairobi City Thunder will take on Stanbic Shields today in a bid to maintain their flawless run. They are also preparing for Basketball Africa League.
