Zetech University Sparks will be looking to close the gap on leaders Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) today (2pm) when they host University of Nairobi Dynamites in a top of the table KBF Premier League match at Nyayo Stadium.

Zetech are currently third on the log with 17 points, three points off defending champions KPA who will not be in action this week.

A win for the Sparks will move them within a point of the dockers and coach Maurice Obilo is out to win his ninth match of the season.

Obilo called on his charges to play better than they did last week when they laboured to beat African Nazarene University (ANU) Panthers 60-53.

"We underrated our opponents last week which led to an open game and we can't afford to make the same mistake twice. Any campus derby is always tough and I expect Dynamites who are also in great form to give us trouble," said Obilo.

Dynamites are fourth on 15 points and victory will see them move joint on 17 with Zetech.

Struggling Lady Bucks from Kisumu will kick off the women's Premier League action at Nyayo with a date against another university side, Strathmore Swords at 12pm.

Lady Bucks who have only won one match of the nine played will be out to try and get their second victory with Equity Hawks also waiting tomorrow.

In the men's Premier League, Kenyatta University Pirates will take on ANU Wolfpacks from 4pm.

Tomorrow's games will see JKUAT Lynx entertain Strathmore Swords as ANU Panthers face Dynamites.
