Manchester United are edging closer to signing Benfica winger Nicolas Gaitan, according to the Daily Express.
It is reported that a deal could just be "hours away" with Louis van Gaal seemingly keen on bringing the wide man into Old Trafford.
He could be seen as the ideal replacement for Angel Di Maria, who is set to join Paris Saint-Germain in the coming days.
United have been linked with the 27-year-old for the past two years.
