1kg of fresh fish steaks
1 tsp garlic paste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon of honey
Method:
Marinate the fish in all of the above ingredients for about an hour. In a deep frying pan, heat some vegetable oil over a medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, deep-fat fry the fish until it is browned and cooked through. Serve with potato wedges and grilled tomatoes. Enjoy!
