Let’s make these delicious and simple beef chop steaks and serve them with ugali and kachumbari. This is my all-time favourite meal.
Ingredients:
1kg beef chops (with marbling)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper corns (crushed)
1 tablespoon garlic, ginger mince

Method:
Marinate the beef chops with the above ingredients and let them stay in the marinade for about an hour or so.
Pan-sear the beef chops in a pan over high heat with vegetable oil, about 3 minutes each side, then remove from the heat and place them over a baking tray lined with foil.
Roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C. Serve with ugali and kachumbari with a side of pilipili.
