Lingerie tribute for amorous pastor
By Caroline Nyanga
A pastor in Nairobi’s Githurai 44 estate is cursing the day he decided to have a mistress not far away from his matrimonial home.
He has not only thrown his marriage into disarray but has also been kicked out of his church.
It all began when his wife, a church leader, stormed rival’s home and found her husband there.
His pleas that he was just visiting a parishioner who had recently given birth earned him scorn.

"Yes, it is quite in order for married pastors to visit unmarried harlots without being accompanied by their wives," she shouted.
The altercation saw tenants in the high-rise building crowd the balconies of their floors to have a glimpse of the unfolding drama.
The mistress, who is an usher in the pastor’s church, recently gave birth to a baby girl and named it after the pastor’s mother.
The pastor is said to be unhappy with his wife for giving birth only to boys, who now stand at four.
On the fateful day, the pastor passed by a local butchery and bought a kilo of steak beef and proceeded to his lover’s house.
Precious moment
When the clock struck 10pm and the husband had not come home, the wife became alarmed and ventured out to enquire whether he had been seen.
A nosy neighbour tipped her on the possible whereabouts of his husband.
The neighbour even filled her in on the current gossip doing the rounds in the estate that the pastor was the father to the woman’s three-week-old baby.
The wife rushed to the mistress’ house and found her husband seated on a sofa cuddling a baby.
"So this is it!" she sneered.
"I can see your prowess in dishing out the Sacrament spreads beyond the church walls."
The husband tried to usher his wife into one of the rooms for a chat to calm her down but she wouldn’t budge.
"This is your most precious moment.
Wait a while! I’m going to make it even more beautiful and memorable," the wife as she left the house.
Locked from insides
Some 15 minutes later the woman returned carrying a black paper bag.
"I thought she had gone to get weapons but alas, the bag contained underpants," he exclaims.
She tried to open the door but found it locked from inside.
When nobody would let her in, she scattered her panties outside the door.
"Take over my responsibility," she told her rival.
The pastor and his mistress have not been seen in the estate since and the two have been excommunicated from the church.
