Airtel Kenya has announced the launch of two new innovative digital products. The Airtel Jam Sessions, a music show, and Airtel Future Shapers, a written feature on innovative young Kenyans, in a move aimed at providing great local multimedia content online for consumers as well as in support of people doing great work in the arts, culture and technology.
Speaking during the launch in Nairobi, Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi noted that the company is passionate about content marketing that enables it to attract and retain customers by consistently creating relevant and valuable content with the intention of changing or enhancing consumer behaviour.
"We are interested in working with quality content producers as we continue to engage and service our customers. We are therefore committed to promoting local content that will help us empower people in the community by providing them with the right tools and platforms for them to succeed in achieving their potential," he said.
El Youssefi noted that the firm has in the past promoted initiatives that give young Kenyans a platform to showcase the wealth of talent, empowering them and creating positive impact in the community.
