DHL opens new service point in Kisumu County

DHL Express has launched a new service point in Kisumu County. This is part of the company's commitment to reinforce its service points and retail agents across the country. DHL Express Kenya Country Manager Alan Cassels said the service centre located at West End Shopping Mall, makes logistics more accessible to all. "Expanding our retail footprint across the country allows anyone to access our network and the over 220 countries and territories that we serve," he observed, adding, "We are delighted to offer our service from the new outlet in Kisumu and we remain committed to support the various industries in Kisumu and surrounding counties." Cassels observed that DHL's investment in increasing its network is a key focus for the company in Africa. He said the upgrades to network operations will assist the firm in meeting key expectations while at the same time maintaining excellent services.
