Kalonzo Musyoka arrives in a milimani court to show solidarity to suspended cabinet CS Charity Ngilu in June 2015

Suspended Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu was uncharacteristically all praises for Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka whom she described as a true friend for “visiting me in prison.”

“When I was hungry you gave me food. When I was in prison you visited me. Do you know the one who visited me in prison? I am behind him.”

Kitui South MP Rachael Nyamai (Narc) pleaded with the Jubilee administration to give Ngilu her job back as “we want her to deliver the title deeds she promised the people.”

The former CS arrived in a convoy of vehicles at Kitui Town Muslim secondary school playground for the prayers and wept after Bishop Daniel Nzoka of Kitui Revival Church told her God will giver her what she wants.

“I want a government that can fulfill the promises it made to Kenyans during the campaign and a government that minds other peoples welfare,” Ngilu told the congregation, adding that the war on corruption was being waged selectively. “I can only support the war on corruption if it is genuine and fair. If Ngilu is corrupt prosecute her together with all the others,” she said as her supporters clapped.

It was the first time Ngilu was appearing in public in her backyard since she lost the senate seat to David Musila.
