Tom Brady has been forced to endure an embarrassing ordeal on the golf course after his trousers split.

The NFL star is taking part in a charity game alongside fellow quarterback icon Peyton Manning as well as golfing legends Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.

Brady bent down to pick his ball up after sinking a put but saw his trousers give way.

Fortunately the tear didn't reveal all, but it was still an episode he could've done without.

Brady ended his 20-year long association with the New England Patriots back in March.

The 42-year-old signed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after winning six Super Bowls at Foxbrough.

Brady has made more Super Bowl appearances that any other player in history and is second to Drew Brees on the all-time list for touchdown passes and passing yards.

The veteran quarterback was the 199th pick in the 2000 draft but has had a glorious career and has already spoken of his excitement at heading to Florida.

Back in March he said: "Excited, humble and hungry ...if there is one thing I have learned about football, it’s that nobody cares what you did last year or the year before that...you earn the trust and respect of those around through your commitment every single day.

"I’m starting a new football journey and thankful for the @buccaneers for giving me an opportunity to do what I love to do.

"I look forward to meeting all my new teammates and coaches and proving to them that they can believe and trust in me...I have always believed that well done is better than well said, so I’m not gonna say much more - I’m just gonna get to work!"
