English Championship side Reading FC are expected to confirm the loan signing of Harambee Stars winger Ayub Timbe ahead of Friday's deadline after agreeing on a deal with the Chinese side Beijing Renhe.

Timbe's club Beijing Renhe are also run by the same owners as Reading FC.

The Genk midfielder will join 23-year-old Brazilian midfielder Felipe Araruna at the club.

Felipe, who has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Royals from Sao Paulo, is Reading's first signing of the January transfer window.

The reports add that Reading is still searching for a striker ahead of today’s transfer window deadline.
