The international break always provides a cause for concern for Premier League clubs as they lend their stars for duty.

After a busy week of national fixtures, a number of players have returned to their clubs with various niggles and strains.

With just four matches gone of the domestic season, the physio's workload is piling up as more and more are sidelined through injury.
