Defending Champs Rwanda seeking first win as Cecafa enters match day three

Defending Champions Rwanda will be hunting for their first win since they commenced the Cecafa Senior Challenge campaign on December 3 against Kenya. Rwanda lost 2-0 to Kenya before proceeding with another slump against Zanzibar on the second match. Amavubi will be seeking to bounce back against Libya at the Machakos Stadium at 4Pm East African time. Libya has two points after drawing twice against Kenya and Tanzania.
In another match, Zanzibar will be aiming at building upon their three points which make them second against host, Kenya, when they lock horns with Tanzania in the group A match at the Machakos Stadium. This early kick off match will be a battle for the second spot given that both of them will be striving to frog match Kenya from the top of the group.
In group B match, group leaders Ethiopia will square it with the third-placed Burundi at the Bukhungu Stadium Kakamega, in a match that may act as a decider on which team tops the group for now.
