Kenya is set to unveil the squad for the national team that will participate in the December 3 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup on Tuesday morning. While talking to Game Yetu on phone, Assistant Coach Stanley Okumbi confirmed that the list is ready awaiting the due date for the announcement on November 21.

“I cannot name those who are in the list right now because  it will be made public either later today or tomorrow. It is with the team manager,” Okumbi said.

He added that some few pending ‘areas’ are set to be worked on by the new manager Paul Put and then they will be ready to go public and declare the squad.

Fans will be waiting to know who their representatives will be in the regional tournament, as the curtain falls on the Sportpesa Premier League where Gor was crowned as the winners for the 16th time.

Kariabangi Sharks forward Masoud Juma finished the season as the top scorer after racking up 17 goals under his belt to grab the golden boot. He is one of the probable players that fans could get on the list set to be revealed tomorrow morning.

This comes after Football Kenya Federation hired a new coach in Paul Put, from Belgium to replace former Stars defender Stanley Okumbi as the manager.
