Tusker FC Awardes Three Players Sh50,000 each-KPL

Tusker FC have awarded three players Sh50,000 each for their exemplary performance on and off the pitch, in the club’s Player of the Month Awards for February, March and April 2016. The three are captain James Situma, who won the Player of the Month Award for February; midfielder Humphrey Mieno who won the Player of the Month Award for March and shot stopper David Okello, who won April’s award. The three were feted at a luncheon hosted by the Tusker Brand team at a Nairobi hotel as part of the Tusker brand team’s endeavour to motivate the players. Speaking at the event, Tusker FC head coach, Paul Nkata lauded the move by the club to fete its best players every month saying the gesture will go a long away towards motivating the team to be better for the remaining games. Charles Obiny, the club CEO noted that the monthly awards play a pivotal role in ensuring the team improves both on and off the pitch.
