Are the guys watch the football game at home, a change from watching it at the pub? Or its movie night with the family? This recipe always wins with my family on movie night. All seated in our favorite positions, crisps, popcorn, dip and the magic sub (our name for this amazing meal).

I make the meatballs beforehand and freeze, for the days I have none, I buy them off the cold shelf at the supermarket. Adding some lettuce leaves or baby spinach, sliced tomatoes and onion slices completes the magic sub. Use either cheddar or mozzarella cheese...delicious all the time.

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 2 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Ready In: 12 mins

Ingredients:
Ø 16 meat balls (homemade or store bought)
Ø 1 cup pasta sauce
Ø ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Ø 4 sub bread rolls

Directions:
Heat the meatballs in a microwave or oven for about 4-5 mins

Heat the pasta sauce in a sauce pan over low heat, add the meatballs and let simmer for 5 mins.

Slice the sub rolls, place the meatballs with sauce mixture, and sprinkle some cheese on each.

Put back in the microwave or oven and heat until cheese melts.
