Spanish TV station TVE are reporting that Real Madrid have agreed a £25million player-plus-cash deal for Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea.

They say Real have offered cash plus Keylor Navas, who has delayed his trip to Costa Rica to resolve his future after being put into the offer.

TVE also report that United's valuation of Navas remains a sticking point.

The Spanish transfer window closes on Monday night, meaning any deal would have to be completed before UK deadline day.

United are set to be active in the next 48 hours, with a move for Monaco starlet Anthony Martial also on their agenda.
