Pogba, 22, has been strongly linked with clubs including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City despite a reported €100 million price tag.
According to reports in Gazzetta dello Sport, officials from Juventus and Barcelona have agreed a fee of £57m which could rise by a further £7m with add-ons.
Despite reports that City are confident of signing the French midfielder, it is revealed that the Blues are still to submit a formal offer.
