We have been happily married for about ten years but things have changed in the recent years.

Three years ago, my wife cheated on me twice and on both instances it was with my business associates. This created a rough patch in our marriage but I forgave her.

Later on thugs broke into our house while I was away and they gang raped her and took away many valuables. I took her to hospital immediately after but this has really affected me.

Since this ordeal, I am always bitter and harbour so much anger. I go out alone at night armed and just looking for someone to provoke me so I can fight them. I have difficulties keeping friends and spend most of my time alone. I want to control myself and get back to my normal self but I cannot. Please help...{Ngisa}
