Matches are not only won on the pitch all the times and the recent performance exhibited in Rwanda by Gor Mahia was a clear reflection of the poor management of the club. It's all about good and early preparation which goes along with good or proper management of the club's issues.
The kind of disorganisation we are seeing in the club is the perfect evidence why the team cannot do well in all competitions more-so at international. It should be all about placing priorities right, having a club vision based on long and short term strategies to achieve the best.
The idea of quick fix without ell laid down strategies will take the club nowhere. Everything will seem to be fine and on the right course but the tides will always move along with the club and will destruct the journey of success time and again.
It's never too late to plan for future and with the goodwill of fans who are ready to support any development course, Gor Mahia can build the foundation for future success instead of waiting for future embarrassments.
