Noodles and eggs are always a win!

What you will need:

300ml water for boiling

1 packet Nala instant noodles

seasoning from the pack

250g boneless chicken chunks

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, diced

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tomato, diced

1 capsicum, diced

2 chicken bouillon cubes

2 eggs (make an omelette with tomato's onion and capsicum)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a pot, put 300ml of water and bring to a boil. Add the instant noodles with its seasoning that comes from the pack. Cook for 3 minutes then set aside.

In a separate pot, put in the boneless chicken and onions, add half a cup water and salt and bring to a boil. Once cooked, remove the excess liquid and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, saute the onions and garlic until golden. Add in the spices then go in with the tomatoes and capsicum and mix well. Add in the bouillon cubes and cook until thick. Now add in the noodles mix well and serve with the omelette on top.

Enjoy.
