It is the perfect day to make a mozzarella tuna grill sandwich, a comfort food that you can whip up in no time.

This recipe makes two sandwiches, but you can add the ingredients to make more.


4 slices of bread

4 tablespoons Pomodoro sauce/tomato concentrate

100g mozzarella cheese (sliced or grated)

20g margarine

1 can tuna chunks


Apply margarine to the bread. Place the bread in the sandwich maker or grill sandwich maker.

Add the Pomodoro sauce/tomato concentrate with a spoon, then add the tuna chunks. Arrange the cheese over the tuna.

Cover with another slice of bread and you are ready to grill your sandwich. Close your sandwich maker for about four minutes or until the red light alerts you that it is ready.

Cut your sandwich into triangles and enjoy it with your favourite beverage. Enjoy!
