This could have come from the NIS, not the electoral commission.

Kenyans are yearning for peace and co-existence and this is exactly what they must be assured of and given.

It is sad that this is coming from an IEBC official, not a security officer.
They are looking for an excuse to populate the region with security officers who will then be used to suppress voter turnout.
