Coalition for Reforms and Democracy leader Raila Odinga has sent his message of faith, love and hope during this festive season.
Raila said he joins Kenyans everywhere in recognising the sense of renewed hope and comfort the joyous season brings.
"It is our prayer that Christmas becomes a state of mind throughout the coming year that enables faith to overcome doubt, hope to conquer despair, and love to triumph over hate," said Raila in a statement from him and his wife Ida to newsrooms yesterday.
Raila also wished President Uhuru Kenyatta, his Deputy William Ruto and their families a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
Ruto has also sent his Christmas message urging Kenyans to unite, maintain peace and love one another in order to lay a strong foundation for a prosperous nation.
