This weekend, surprise your family or spouse with lamb chops. You can add coconut cream to give it extra flavour. We will serve ours with sautéed cabbage.
What you will need:-
500g lamb chops 3 garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 cabbage shredded 2 onions sliced 2 tomatoes diced 1 teaspoon curry powder Salt to taste Juice of 1 lemon 120ml coconut cream 1 tablespoon oil Fresh coriander for garnishingWhat to do :-
Marinate the lamb chops in a mixture of minced garlic, salt, black pepper and juice of half lemon. Ensure the lamb chops are well covered and leave them to marinate for two hours.
