Timothy Kimani Ndegwa, famously known as Njugush has revealed the accidental first encounter with his wife Celestine Ndinda.
Speaking to Parents Magazine, he said that “her friend was to give me her number but the phone went off and she used Celestine’s number to reach me… na mimi ni nani.”
Blessed with one son, Njugush says that on the night they met, he decided to send a goodnight text to Celestine and that’s how everything began.
“He texted me goodnight and I asked him if I should say the goodnight to my friend” narrated Celestine.
The two met when Njugush was living in a bedsitter and life was hard as he had nothing to his name.

Njugush recalled how Celestine kept him on-toes and motivated him to achieve.
The couple has earned praise for their partnership in successful video skits that have attracted mutiple clients.
Njugush came into the limelight after he was cast on the TV comedy drama, ‘The Real House Helps Of Kawangware,’ which aired on KTN.
