Excitement over the economic prospects the discovery may bring  is evident. In equal measure however, is fear that Kenya, like other sub Saharan countries that have struck oil, will be caught in a maze of corruption cases and a gaping difference between the rich and the poor. While all these reactions are valid, analysts have urged Kenyans to be patient with the project which may take between three to four years to take off. But now that there is oil, what next?
