A foundation associated with Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka (pictured) has benefited from the party’s diaspora branch in the UK.
Through a joint communique from the Wiper Diaspora UK secretary general, Wiper UK, Thomas Musau said: “We have seen the commendable job KMF has been doing to support those hardest hit by the pandemic. We hope the donation from our Wiper UK members will go a long in supporting those at the highest risk meet their basic needs.”
The contribution was paid direct into the KMF account through World Remit, an international money transfer company.
Receiving the Sh150,000 donation, the Wiper Democratic Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka lauded the party’s UK branch for their contribution.

“The Wiper UK has been the biggest Wiper Diaspora branch so far. My heart goes to the Wiper –UK Secretary General Thomas Musau who has been instrumental to the success of the party in the Diaspora,” Kalonzo said.
The communique was also signed by Wiper Diaspora-UK vice chair Lady Janet Sutton, Wiper UK women representative Naomi Kilovelo and vice treasurer Racheal Musyimi.
