NAIROBI, KENYA: Court has dismissed application by PSV operators challenging a rule that would bar public vehicles from traveling at night.
Justice Isaac Lenaola argued that the petitioners had not provided sufficient evidence to support their case
He said that they did not provide to the court their licenses which they claimed allowed them to operate beyond 6pm. He further said that what petitioners were was a regulation and not a blanket ban on night travel.
He also said that his ruling was based on public interest.
