What to do:
Wash the soaked rice and place it in a blender along with all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and a bit grainy, then let it rise.
Once puffed up, place a vitumbua frying pan on a medium heat stove and add some oil in each hole, then pour the mixture in each hole using a spoon or ice cream scoop.
Once one side is cooked, turn them over to the other side so they cook evenly. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture and serve as a snack with cardamom or masala tea. Enjoy!
