Salt to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic and ginger
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients in a glass bowl and thread the chicken cubes onto a skewer alternating with a slice of onion and a slice of pepper, about four chicken cubes per skewer.
When threading the chicken onto the skewers, make sure you soak the skewers in water so that when you barbecue the mishkaki, the skewers don't burn.
Once all the mishkaki have been skewered, you can leave the barbecue on until the mishkaki are cooked and served with a salad and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
