In the spirit of fighting Gender Based Violence, we reached out to Peter* a reformed rapist. The reason why we reached out to a perpetrator is because on matters GBV, mostly it is the victims who are given a chance to narrate the experiences. Hardly do we get to hear of the perpetrators’ side of the story.
Peter*, who started off as a thug caught himself deep into the criminal world and graduated to a serial rapist. He raped his first victim when he was only 15 years of age.
