Missing IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando is has been found dead a day after he was reported missing.
Msando was one of the few people with knowledge on the location of IEBC servers.
On KTN’s Darubini ya Siasa, he was explaining how the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission would use the system to identify the voters.
In the interview with Zubeida Koome he gave details of how the Kenya Integrated Election Management System would help ease identification of voters.
Earlier, his abandoned car was found at Roysambu near Thika Road Mall.
