A sorbet is “a dessert consisting of frozen fruit juice or flavored water and sugar.”

Oranges are considered one of the healthiest and most popular fruits in the world. They are an excellent source of Vitamin C, several other vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

For this reason, they may cut the risk of heart disease and kidney stones.

The easiest way to summarize oranges...they are an excellent addition to a healthy diet.
